IPL

Bollywood performing artist and movie producer Arbaaz Khan has conceded that he used to put down wagers amid Indian Premier League or IPL matches, the police has said. Arbaaz Khan, 50, has told the police in Maharashtra's Thane, where he is being addressed today, that he has been putting down wagers throughout the previous six years, cops included.

"My announcement has been recorded. Police asked whatever they required in this examination and I addressed them. I will keep on cooperating with them," Arbaaz Khan said after his scrutinizing.

Arbaaz Khan professedly lost Rs. 2.80 crore to a bookie, Sonu Jalan, in wagers on IPL coordinates and was not paying the sum, following which the bookie had undermined the on-screen character, an authority stated, refering to the cross examination of the captured charged.
